These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Interviewing Courses platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update your details if they change. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately and take reasonable steps to secure your account.

Course access
On-demand courses provide personal, non-transferable access to the purchased content. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute course materials or account access. Live cohorts, mentoring, and limited-seat programs may have capacity constraints and scheduling rules, including cutoff times for enrollment or participation.

Payments and refunds
Prices and payment terms are stated on the applicable course or checkout page. Refunds, if available, follow the policy presented on each course page at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply based on your billing address and relevant tax rules. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the amounts due.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the platform; introducing malware; scraping or automated harvesting without permission; or sharing copyrighted materials without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
