How long do I keep access? (Access)
On-demand courses include lifetime access under the same account. Live cohorts include recordings for at least 6 months (the exact duration is shown on the cohort page). If a course is updated, you keep access to the updated version as well.
Do you provide certificates? (Certificates)
Yes. Many courses include a completion certificate. If available, you can download it after meeting the completion criteria (e.g., finishing core lessons and submitting required drills). Certificates are designed to be shareable with employers and on professional profiles.
What if I am not satisfied? (Refunds)
We offer a 14-day refund window for on-demand courses if you have not consumed over 20% of the content. Live cohorts have clearly stated refund cutoffs (because seats and scheduling are limited). If you’re unsure, ask a question before purchasing and we’ll help you pick the right format.
Is there a free preview? (Format)
Yes. Selected lessons and drills are available as previews in the catalog. Previews are meant to show the teaching style, pacing, and the type of exercises you’ll practice.
Are courses self-paced or live? (Format)
Both options exist depending on the course. Self-paced courses are on-demand and available immediately. Live cohorts run on a schedule with group sessions and deadlines; they also include recordings for review.
I can’t log in or I lost access. What should I do? (Support)
First, confirm you’re using the same email you used at checkout. If you still can’t access the content, use “Ask a question” and include your purchase email and the course name. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Can you help me choose the right course? (Support)
Yes. Tell us your target role, seniority, and what you struggle with most (behavioral stories, system design, live coding, etc.). We’ll recommend the fastest path and the best practice plan.
How do refunds work in practice? (Refunds)
To request a refund, send your email and order details through the “Ask a question” form and choose “Billing & refunds” as the topic. If your request is within the policy window and usage limits, we process it to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank but typically takes 5–10 business days.
